55,000 trade visitors at the sector event of the year
New trade fair concept well received
The Paint — Finishing & Facade trade fair came to a close on Saturday, 21st April 2007 following a highly successful four-day run. Around 55,000 trade visitors came to the event in Cologne to find out about the diverse range of products offered by 454 suppliers from 23 countries. The fair, which has a new underlying concept, therefore lived up to its reputation as the world’s most important event for the finishing trades. This year’s Paint — Finishing & Facade was the premiere event of its kind following the merger of Farbe with Ausbau & Fassade. On show were stucco, plaster, dry construction, tiles and natural stone in addition to the familiar product groups of paints and varnishes, interior decoration, building protection and heat insulation.
